Winter 2010/2011 Registration is Now Open Registration is now open for all levels, including the learn-to-play program (I-Program).
Step 1: You will need a credit card and your player's IMR number from USA Hockey before you begin the GIHA registration process. If you do not have an IMR number for your player, please register with USA Hockey. Make sure you print a copy of the final registration page and give it to your team's manager.

HOCKEY DAY IN TRENTON SEPTEMBER 4, 2010 KENNEDY REC CENTER Hockey Day in Trenton is a day to celebrate the COMMUNITY that is involved in hockey and develop more of a family environment and offer families, teams, and fans an opportunity to meet the newest member of the community the Motor City Metal Jackets. The Day will consist of the following: • The Metal Jackets players will run a skills/fun session for each level of hockey for the each association. The Metal Jacket players will be in their jerseys and get to know the community. • 11:30 – 12:30 – Mite Program on the Main Rink • 11:30 – 12:30 – Squirts Program on the Teifer Rink • 11:30 – 12:30 – Mite/Squirt Goalies on Practice Rink • 12:30 – 1:30 – Pee Wee Program on the Main Rink • 12:30 – 1:30 – Bantams Program on the Teifer Rink • 12:30 – 1:30 – Pee Wee/Bantams Goalies on Practice Rink • The City of Trenton will offer players hot dogs, chips, pop and special discounts • Special events to happen off ice for the kids during the day • Special Season Tickets Sales, Merchandise, etc. • Metal Jacket Players will coach, official, and sign autographs COME OUT FOR A GAME & SUPPORT GROSSE ILE HOCKEY ASSOCIATION Sept 3 – METAL JACKETS VS THE SOO – 7:30 PM Sept 4 - METAL JACKETS VS THE SOO – 3:00 PM All TICKETS FOR THE METAL JACKETS GAME ONLY $3.00 PER TICKET (ALL PLAYERS WITH JERSEY FREE) One Dollar will be donated to the Trenton Hockey Association One Dollar will be donated to the Grosse Ile Hockey Association GIHA Coaching Application Now Online Everyone interested in coaching or assisting for the Spring 2011 season must fill out a coaching application by February 6, 2011.
